If you choose priority without tracking or insurance you will receive an email when your order ships, but we will not have any further tracking information other than the date shipped.
We suggest selecting priority with insurance & tracking when an order is being drop-shipped directly to your customer, and for high dollar orders.
Jewelry orders CANNOT be rushed because all jewelry pieces are hand made to order once an order is placed. There are many steps involved in making jewelry and none of the steps can be deleted or shortened. Please see each jewelry listing on the website for available sizes and options. Jewelry must be ordered with only the options that are available on the website.
Website Orders: Usually processed in 5 to 7 business days, may be longer during holidays. For example, If an order is placed on a Monday it will usually ship on the following Monday. We no longer accept rush wholesale orders.
Email, Phone, or Fax Orders: Usually processed in 7 to 10 business days, may be longer during holidays.
Bulk Accessories: During busy holiday seasons bulk accessory sets will take longer to process.
